| With the continuous development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard,tourism has become a very popular leisure and decompression activity.The island tourism,because of challenging,stimulating,mysterious and romantic,as well as far away from the hustle and bustle of the city,sought after by tourists.At present,some cities abroad have developed island tourism maturely,attracting numerous tourists to go spending their holidays,such as India Maldives Ocean,Pacific Crescent-Hawaii,and Korea in Jeju Island and so on.Chinese island cities have developed island tourism vigorously,and gradually proceed with determination,with the number of tourists rising steadily.Among them,Zhejiang Zhoushan islands and theFujian islands in Ping tan developed better.For a long time,because of the complex military,diplomatic and other reasons,the development of island tourism of Sansha are still in blank,and the related research are even fewer.In 2012,Chinese State Council set sup Sansha city,and depicts a blueprint for the future development and of Sansha,Sansha island tourism development become represent the general trend.Therefore,we discussed the development of island tourism,which would provide beneficial reference for the development of island tourism of Sansha.The main content of this paper is divided into the following areas:First,it analyses and summaries successful experiences of the foreign and domestic islands tourism.It selects the Maldives islands,the Hawaiian Islands and the Zhoushan Islands as cases.Through the analysis of tourism model,it sums up the following experiences:it has to emphasis the government management and scientific development;Prominent characteristics of the local tourism resources,Create specialty products;Pay attention on protecting environment;ensure a goodtraffic conditions and quality and efficient services.Second,it is the analysis on the basic conditions of Sansha tourism development.it analyses and researches Sansha islands from geographic conditions,geographical features,climatic conditions,natural resources,human resources and social conditionscombinating qualitative and quantitative methods.It get the conclude that Sansha has rich natural and human landscapes,owning the advantage condition of development tourism,has excellent conditions for developing tourism and has great potential.Third,it is the full analysis on Sansha hands tourism development based on the SWOT.It concludes the advantages of the location,environment,season and resources,and the disadvantages of the fragile environment,lagged infrastructure,weak economy and limited safeguards.And the opportunities of the support from the national,government and market,while also facing the challenges of competition in neighboring markets.Fourth,it puts forward the strategic objective of Sansha tourism development.Through the specific circumstances analysis of Sansha islands,it proposes overall goals and stage targets of the construction of eco-tropical island and eco-tourism resort.Recently,it will forms a lay out that the Yongxing Island connects the surrounding tourist islands as a core though preliminary development of the Xisha Islands.After that,open the Xisha and improve the function of the partition fully.Then,the Huangyan Island,the Mischief Reef and the Fiery Cross Reef are opened gradually.This paper puts forward the strategic measures of the development of tourism in Sansha.According to the strategic objectives,it proposes principles of ecological protection and high-end position.The article uses the model to analyse Sansha source market and design appropriate tourism products.By drawing on the experience of well-known islands' success and combining with the principles for development,the article proposes the tourism development model of Sansha.Lastly this paper studies the safeguard measures about tourism.It includes the protection of tourism safety and security,sustainable development protection,infrastructure protection,tourism and government personnel security functions. |
