Study On The Strategy Of Island Tourism Development Guided By The Interests Of Farmers

The main stakeholders of island tourism development include local farmers,local government,developers and tourism consumers.Their demands are concentrated on four aspects: economic benefits,social benefits,environmental benefits and cultural benefits.The main stakeholders have different interest demands,and there is an obvious game process between them.Among them,the game between local farmers and local government and the game between local government and developers are the most typical and key parts of many games.People oriented is the fundamental tenet of social and economic development.In the process of island tourism development,local governments and developers are in a relatively strong position.How to protect the interests of local farmers without damaging economic efficiency is a relatively complex problem.At present,most of the research on island tourism development is focused on environmental protection,development strategy,economic benefits,etc.,and the interests of local farmers involved in the development process are not fully considered,and are mainly discussed in an empty way,lacking the theoretical and practical research on the interest intersection and conflict between farmers,local governments and developers,and in the development process little attention has been paid to how to protect the interests of local farmers.This paper describes and analyzes the different demands of the main stakeholders and their interest relationship map in island tourism development,establishes an interactive game model between stakeholders,analyzes the various effects of the environmental parameters on the corresponding game results and strategy selection,and then deduces a benign Nash equilibrium behavior policy conducive to the interests of farmers and social stability.For example,the environmental parameter conditions(government consultation,farmer cooperation)(government supervision,developer's law-abiding operation)are selected,which leads to the policies and measures that people must implement in order to realize these specific environmental parameter conditions in the island development process.On this basis,the paper puts forward the island tourism development strategyguided by the farmers' interests from the aspects of constructing the farmers' interests guarantee mechanism,respecting the farmers' main position,unblocking the channels of farmers' demands expression,and enriching the farmers' participation mode.At the same time,the above strategies are applied to the tourism development practice of Yantai Kongtong Island,combining with the existing resources,development status,existing problems,etc.of Kongtong Island,the tourism development strategies of Kongtong Island guided by the interests of local farmers are proposed.The above research enriches the research vision of island tourism development and constitutes the main innovation of this paper.
