| The New Normal is main tone of current Chinese economy,The Economic New Normal not only has an impact on the economic field,but also has an important impact on China's labor market,in particular,it brings challenges for the new generation migrant workers who constitute the largest and most dynamic group of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in the market economy.Nowadays,the new generation migrant workers in SMEs has become the main force in China's industrialization,urbanization and modernization,it made important contributions to a series of major policy-making projects such as targeted Poverty Alleviation and New rural construction in our country.However,their own cultural level and work skills cannot meet the requirements of the economic new normal,currently the problems in training also constrain the enhancement of human capital in this group.The future development of the new generation migrant workers is affected by the economic new normal,meanwhlie,the quality of human resources will also in turn affect the development of economic new normal.With the economic new normal,the era of “human capital +” has arrived,Only by constructing training model of comprehensive and stereoscopic for the new generation migrant workers,we can improve the development level of human resources and enhance its comprehensive competitiveness.This research is based on the reality,through analysis the relevant theoretical of training,designing the questionnaire,analysing the influence of the four characteristics of the economic new normal on the training demands of the new generation migrant workers,and according to the research results,to analyze the current training status of the new generation migrant workers under the economic new normal,summarize the problems as follow: unbalanced supply of training,the training content still needs to improve;high cost of training,organization is difficult;Training resources has not been effectively integrated,training effect is not good;Training resources has not been effectively integrated,training effect is not good;the enterprise training system is not standardized,the system is imperfect;There is a conflict to participate training between the willingness and the time.According to the problems and causes analysis of the new generation migrant workers training in the economic new normal,This study constructed a multiagent model and supplemented the interview data for empirical research.Exploring the relationship between the training provided by different subjects(enterprises,government,society,individuals)and the new generation migrant workers' training effect in SEMs,and the effect of background variables on training effectiveness.Research results show that,by enterprise,government,society provided training and self learning as the most common ways to train the new generation migrant workers in SEMs,these subjects have a significant positive correlation with their training effectiveness,background variables(age,gender,education level,working years)don't significantly affect training effectiveness.Therefore,the quality and quantity of training are equally important by different subjects providing,and it will help new generation migrant workers adapt to the development of the economic new normal.Combining with the research conclusion,this article put forward systematic countermeasures from the government,enterprise,society and individual four aspects,on how to innovately construct of multi-party linkage and joint participation,cultivate and standardize the training environment for the new generation migrant workers in SEMs,adapting to the development demands of the economic new normal. |
