With the rapid development of technological innovation,especially information technology,and the increasingly fierce competition in the market,under the guidance of macroeconomic policies,manufacturing companies are preparing to build digital workshops based on information technology in order to increase production efficiency and reduce production cost and improve product quality target.In this paper,the Ministry of information industry and the Ministry of Finance in 2016 intelligent manufacturing comprehensive standardization and application of a new model of project "high-end hydraulic components manufacturing digital workshop" project,to achieve the high-end hydraulic components manufacturing transformation and upgrading needs to carry out agricultural equipment,high-end hydraulic components intelligent digital workshop construction manufacturing,manufacturing execution system design,solve information island and the fault information problems of production enterprises,collect all kinds of acquisition process control system in production related information through the data,tracking the production condition,the product quality traceability.The main contents of the paper are as follows: by analyzing the product structure and manufacturing process of hydraulic components,we design the assembly shop model of the digital workshop physical model of hydraulic components manufacturing and the research focused on the topic.To clarify the connection information on the lower in the construction of digital workshop manufacturing execution system,the important role of transfer and communication,as well as the functions of the manufacturing execution system of production tracking function in manufacturing execution system importance,and according to the production characteristics of high-end hydraulic components,hydraulic components analysis for high end production of the main contents of the single track tracking and material tracking quality traceability.To achieve production tracking,we need to get a lot of production data.Therefore,data acquisition is the foundation of production tracking,and is also an important guarantee for enterprise to build digitalized workshop and achieve enterprise information management accurately,timely and effectively.Based on the analysis of the basic principles of data acquisition,a data acquisition point model for high-end hydraulic components manufacturing is built,and the corresponding acquisition mode is adopted for different types of acquisition points.RFID radio frequency identification technology provides reliable technical support for data acquisition in digital workshop.According to the research and modeling of data acquisition and production tracking in the early stage,we need to analyze the actual production status of a high-end hydraulic components manufacturing enterprise,and design the database of the system to prepare for the later system development.In this paper,the development of data acquisition and production tracking subsystem is completed on the basis of previous theoretical research,design model,demand analysis and functional module design.
