Research On Key Technologies Of Logistics Vehicle Scheduling & Tracking For Production Enterprises

Focus on logistics vehicle scheduling of production enterprises, in this paper, genetic algorithm improved due to the special requirements of production plan, it contains the creation of loss function of production plan, which makes punishment for the delay of distribution, and heuristic crossover which can maintain the population diversity and avoid premature and early convergence. Then, this paper use improved genetic algorithm to design the VSP due to one production enterprise. The objective function is due to the total cost of production distribution and the subject to constrain considers the existing resources. And through the genetic computing, it ultimately comes to a reasonable result and it provides a sufficient way to solve problems on satisfaction rate of vehicle scheduling in production enterprises.Focus on logistics vehicle tracking of production enterprises, this paper combined with GPS/GSM/GIS technology, a GIS is designed with the function of automatic route planning with geospatial data distribution. This system can timely read the data of GPS and make a route computation for vehicle load GPS. This real-time monitoring can timely find the emergency of production process and feedback the situation of the distribution, so it can adjust the route timely. This system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of production and distribution.
