The Research On The Evaluation Of Maker Space Service Quality

As a new type of innovation and entrepreneurship service platform supported by the government,maker space has been developing rapidly in recent years and has gradually become the backbone of the comprehensive implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.Despite all the maker space operations subject to achieve sustainable development,took a series of measures to improve its service quality,but because of the maker space development time is shorter,the lack of theoretical support and scientific and rational evaluation index system of service quality,thus making the maker space is difficult to accurately grasp their own existing problems in the quality of service.Based on this,this dissertation stands at the team and the enterprise in the maker space,reference to the ministry of science and technology issued by "Standard for Maker Space Services " in the regulation of the maker space should provide service content,service quality evaluation theory is introduced into the maker space industry,and combined with the actual operations of the maker space situation in Henan province,based on the SERVQUAL service quality evaluation scale,built in Henan province and the service quality evaluation index system,the maker space and using the statistical software SPSS 19.0 to the service quality evaluation index system is optimized,finally formed contains dock facilities,service reliability,timeliness,professional guidance and communication sufficiency of five dimensions of 24 specific indexes such as service quality evaluation index system.In this dissertation,and then selected the Henan province a the maker space to the empirical analysis,verify the feasibility of the evaluation index system,analyses its service quality problems,and its existing problems put forward the improvement suggestions,aims to improve the service quality of the maker space in Henan province,to achieve the goal of sustainable development.
