| Maker Space which gathers talents,technologies,platforms,funds and other innovative and entrepreneurial elements,is an important service carrier for "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".Service innovation is the foundation of its development.As a new incubator,Maker Space is different from the traditional incubator service platform,it provides a wider range of service resources and service models.Therefore,in order to ensure the good operation of the Maker space,the effective supervision and evaluation of its service capabilities is an urgent problem to be solved during the development of the Maker space.In view of this,this paper first discusses the concepts,characteristics,and development models of the Maker Space,and analyzes the necessary resources and the influencing factors of entrepreneurial services in conjunction with the related documents of entrepreneurial services,it laid the foundation for the construction of an evaluation index system for the Maker Space service capabilities.In combing the evaluation of the service capacity of the Maker Space and the related literature of the maturity theory,the CMM model was found to be vacant in the field of the research of the Maker space,and then the CMM idea was introduced to build a Service Capability Maturity Model of the Maker Space,evaluating and improving the service capacity.In order to ensure the applicability of the model,this paper analyzes the Practical significance and feasibility of the application of CMM model in the field of Maker Space service capability evaluation,based on the deficiency of existing evaluation methods and the advantages of using CMM model to evaluate service capability.Based on this research,the maturity model of Maker space service capability is constructed,and the overall architecture is briefly described.It is considered that the model is a process of upgrading to the target capability through the planning and improvement of each service capability element.First of all,it defined the maturity levels of the Maker Space service capability,and understands the process of improving the service ability from the whole;Secondly,based on the analysis of the elements of the Maker Space service capabilities under the perspective of"process",the paper systematically sets up a service capability maturity evaluation system of Maker Space from three angles:entrepreneurship carrying service capability,innovation service capability,and radiation promotion capability;At the same time,combined with the grey correlation analysis method to conduct a comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation of the Maker space service capability maturity,and based on the evaluation results,the reference model proposes a strategy for capacity enhancement.The results of this study show that:(1)As a new incubator,the Maker Space has the characteristics of "mass service target,diversification of participants,and long service cycle";(2)The essence of the Maker Space is the integration and sharing of entrepreneurial resources,it should gather these Innovation and entrepreneurship service elements,including“Service Venues,Operational Talents,Investment Funds,Mentor Resources,Third-Party Resources and Industrial Chain Resources";(3)The service capability elements that play a key role in enhancing the service capabilities of the Maker space include:Investment and financing capacity,activity organization ability,hatching ability,team building,resource integration,environmental construction,income structure,social benefits,model features.Reviewing the research process,this paper innovatively introduces the CMM model,combines the standards of the software industry with the construction of the Maker Space in China,the proposed evaluation index system starts from the dynamic process of boosting Maker Space service capabilities,can perform a more comprehensive evaluation of the public space service capabilities,and has strong applicability,and can be used as a reference for a Maker space evaluation project. |
