Under the current environment,organizations inevitably face various challenges in order to survive and develop.It's hard for organizations to maintain their core competitiveness and continue to develop only by employees who are mechanically obedient to the command issued from the managers especially in an environment full of uncertainty.Organizations need employees to implement more proactive behaviors,constantly innovate,flexibly respond to emerging issues,break the limitations of the existing environment,and even in the face of stress,they are still passionate about their work and keep their organizations running efficiently.Employee proactive behaviors are not only essential for achieving the organizational goals,but also critical for achieving employee success and improving job performance.How to motivate employee proactive behaviors has become the focus of increasing attention of managers and scholars.This research adopts a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to explore the driving mechanism of Employee proactive behavior from the perspective of Organizational embeddedness and Political skills.Firstly,obtaining relevant literature through the network database and the library to understand the domestic and foreign scholars research status in the field of Organizational embeddedness,Political skills,Employee proactive behavior,then sorting and analyzing the current results and limitations in the three areas.Based on the situation in China,this research propose research assumptions and theoretical models,discusses the mechanism of Organizational embeddedness on Employee proactive behavior and the mechanism of Political skills on Employee proactive behavior.On the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with the purpose of the study,a pre-test questionnaire is prepared,and the reliability and validity of the pre-test questionnaire is tested using SPSS19.0.After modification,the final formal questionnaire is formed.The data is collected through online and offline distribution,then the study uses SPSS19.0,AMOS21.0 for statistical analysis of data and verifies the research hypotheses,drawing the following conclusions:(1)Organizational embeddedness has a significant positive effect on Political skills,Organizational embeddedness has a significant positive effect on Employee proactive behavior,Political skills has a significant positive effect on Employee proactive behavior.(2)Organizational embeddedness has a significant positive predictive effect on Employee proactive behavior,team and organization member proactive behavior,employees with high level Organizational embeddedness tend to implement more proactive behavior.(3)Political skills and their four dimensions play a significant positive predictive effect on Employee proactive behavior,individual proactive behavior,team and organization member proactive behavior,employees with high level Political skills tend to implement more proactive behavior.This research enriches the theoretical system of Organizational embeddedness,Political skills and Employee proactive behavior,and provides important revelations for managers to stimulate Employees' proactive behavior,The organization should create a good embedded scenario of the organization and improve the employee Organizational embeddedness.Strengthen the staff's political skill level to reduce the possible negative impact caused by implementation of proactive behavior,thereby stimulating Employees' proactive behavior.
