The global industrial structure has shifted from industrial economy to service economy.The transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry still faces many problems,and the rapid development of service economy has brought new opportunities and challenges to Chinese manufacturing industry.Manufacturing services will help China make changes to the existing low-end development model and enhance international competitiveness.Among the factors that influence the service of manufacturing,human capital has gained more and more attention.Therefore,the research on the impact of human capital on China's manufacturing services has theoretical and practical significance for the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.In this paper,firstly,we study the concept of manufacturing service and classify the manufacturing service according to the upstream and downstream.In the upstream,more productive activities are the input factors of manufacturing,while human capital itself is compensated and increasing,which can promote the innovation of production service activities and promote the service of manufacturing.Downstream,service and product bundling,or outsourcing,is more efficient by increasing the level of specialization.According to the classification of concepts,the influence mechanism of human capital on manufacturing service is analyzed,and human capital is put forward to influence the service of manufacturing through innovation mechanism and interactive mechanism.This paper analyzes the present situation of manufacturing service in China from the degree of service orientation of manufacturing industry and the status of human capital in manufacturing services.It can be concluded that the level of China's manufacturing service industry is still not strong in the world,and there is insufficient human capital in manufacturing services.And then to the empirical theory,selects the high skill talented person of input intensity of service and manufacturing and other indicators to measure human capital and manufacturing service,based on China's relevant data from 1995 to 2014 time series analysis,it is concluded that highly skilled labor of level of service and manufacturing both positively correlated and relative to other coefficient value is bigger.Then,the impulse response function is used to prove that,with human capital in the future,it has a positive effect on the service level of the manufacturing industry,but it is only the early driving force and the latter tends to be stable.The relative importance of other factors influencing factors of manufacturing service and high skill labor ratio is analyzed by variance decomposition.In the end,on the basis of the theoretical and empirical test results,the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.China's manufacturing enterprises should clearly develop their orientation,increase their openness to optimize consumption structure,actively participate in international competition,and cultivate innovative and practical talents.The last part is the conclusion and prospect,summarizes the foregoing chapters,and explains the shortcomings of this paper.
