This study began under three backgrounds.1. The manufacturing industry is facing global competition intensifies, the division of the global value chain position adverse situation. The competitive advantage of Chinese manufacturing is largely from labor cost advantage and environmental cost advantage. In the global value chain division, China’s manufacturing industry showed a low-end link of the value chain lock feature.2. The service sector becoming the economic growth and the rapid development of the productive services. From a global point of view, the service sector is gradually achieved economic dominance trend is taking shape. Since the1970s, the global industrial structure is showing a significant shift from industrial-based economy to a service-based economy.3. The Chinese economy is facing development transformation; the unbalanced development of the situation is not sustainable. The Chinese economy has maintained rapid growth for many years after, the growth rate started to slow down from the pursuit of the speed of development to the pursuit of the development of quality.Path along the interaction efficiency analysis based on efficiency and optimization, combined with the input-output method and the frontier efficiency evaluation methods, computable general equilibrium model methods of intermediate inputs into manufacturing service industry effect analysis. The purpose is to summarize and absorb the basis of previous studies, the analysis of the relationship between the form of the reality in which the state of the manufacturing and producer services and depth to explore a variety of factors between manufacturing and producer services interaction efficiency-oriented research on the size and influence of the degree of the impact of different conditions. The results of the study not only in theory can enrich the existing industrial relations theory, in reality, a strategic choice for the enterprise, industrial development and upgrading, and the formulation of the national industrial policy provides a theoretical and practical reference.Text is divided into eight chapters:Chapter1introduced the research background of this article, the source of the problem, research significance, the description of the basic industries, research status, research ideas, methods, frameworks and expected innovation.Chapter2described the theoretical basis of this article, including the theory of industrial structure, the input-output theory, the production frontier theory and general equilibrium theory. What is the interaction efficiency, and complete the process in accordance with the elements to the industry to the production of the industrial chain, the optimization of the decomposition of the three aspects of the transfer efficiency of the value-added efficiency, technological progress conduction efficiency and industrial chain efficiency, and data separation method has been described.Chapter3analyzed measure of the efficiency of the added value. through the establishment of the technical and economic structure of utility maximization model, given the optimal solution of the optimization of the added value efficiency, and the use of the2007input-output table data evaluation of reality.Chapter4analyzed the of technological progress conduction efficiency measure, through the establishment beyond the number of stochastic frontier production function model, the optimal solution given the technological progress conduction efficiency optimization and the use of the2002-2007regional input-output table data on the reality of the situation were evaluated.Chapter5analyzed the measure of the efficiency of the industry chain, through the establishment of the two departments and two-stage data envelopment analysis model gives the optimal solution for industrial chain efficiency optimization, and using2007China invested output table data and OECD2005data input-output tables and the United States to evaluate the reality.Chapter6established an open environment that contains a combination of factors of production, import and export, the consumer, the balance of payments of the foreign exchange account, government CGE model, and the2007China input-output table data on various parameters were calibrated.Chapter7illustrated the impact of factors to the simulation efficiency measure changes with different scenarios, to measure simulation results from the value-added efficiency, technological progress conduction efficiency and the efficiency of the industry chain, analysis different the difference between the initial scenario of the results in2007, and compare the direction and size of the interaction efficiency between different influencing factors.Chapter8are the review and summarize the content of the previously. Discussed policy recommendations, and pointed out that this paper research limitations and future research directions.This article may have following innovations:1. Established relatively complete analytical framework including theories, models, data and simulation platform. Applying theory in the framework design refined, the model decomposition comprehensive assessment. Content and factors according to different needs extended and adapted to meet the needs of different research topics.2. Clarify the interaction between the concepts of efficiency in the industry. The interaction efficiency of manufacturing and producer services is broken down into three sides. For every side create a corresponding decomposition model. Use real world data to validate the model and evaluation. Make the judgment based on the results of the empirical evaluation of some controversy.3. Simulation environment to simulate the impact of shocks and policy changes on the measure of the efficiency of interaction between the industries. Compared with the traditional regression-based approach correlation analysis, simulation environment has the following improvements. Inclusive and more practical factors, more in line with reality; on the other hand, makes policy recommendations more operational. By different factors, the type of condition and the type of policy compared, so that the policy oriented clearer.4. Use computable general equilibrium model to analyse the interaction between the research industries. Conside open economic system as a whole, built overall economic computable general equilibrium model. On the one hand help to examine the full impact of the changes in industry, to avoid the one-sidedness of the conclusions; on the other hand, depending on the research needs of the industry, is conducive to the expansion of research.
