In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become one of the most important factors in production.The rapid updating of knowledge puts forward new requirements for organizational innovation.It is almost impossible for organizations to have all the knowledge necessary for the innovation process at the same time.In the highly competitive market environment,how organizations can continuously acquire and integrate knowledge is the basis for their abi lity to improve technological innovation and core strengths.In order to reduce risks and shorten market time,the integration of knowledge among organizations has become one of the ways for organizations to achieve rapid innovation.However,existing rese arch mainly focuses on the evaluation of knowledge integration capabilities,and there are few studies on the evaluation of knowledge integration results.Therefore,in order to make the organization more clear about how to integrate knowledge,this articl e takes the intellectual mobile phone product knowledge integration as an example.Based on the existing research,the concept integration has been carried out through the concept lattice and the knowledge integration results have been evaluated and analyz ed.Knowledge integration provides some guidance suggestions.Based on social network theory and customer value theory,this study integrates the main functional knowledge(screen size,rear camera,endurance)of smart phone products using the concept lattice method,and obtains the results of cross-organizational knowledge integration.Subsequently,an evaluation index system was established for the knowledge integration results,and an analytic hierarchy process was used to construct the judgment matrix,calculate feature vectors,and maximum eigenvalues,and perform consistency check to determine the weight of each index.Questionnaires were distributed through online questionnaires to obtain users' evaluation of different knowledge integration results.T he analysis of the evaluation results provides suggestions for the organization of knowledge integration.Through the evaluation of knowledge integration results,in a small-screen(4.5-5.5-inch screen size)mobile phone,the functional knowledge of the re ar-facing camera has a greater impact on the score of integration results than the impact of battery life on the scoring of integration results.In the screen and large-screen mobile phones,the impact of battery life on the integration results is greater than the effect of the rear camera on knowledge integration results.This is reflected in the integration of organizational knowledge.When the segmented market targeted by the organization is a small screen mobile phone,it should focus on the integration of better rear camera function knowledge,and properly integrate battery life function knowledge;when the organization targets the market segment When it is a medium-screen or large-screen mobile phone,it should focus on integrating the battery life of the organization,and then integrate other knowledge according to the needs of market segments.In addition,the increased knowledge of battery life will reduce the cost-effectiveness of mobile phones.Therefore,when the organization conducts knowledge innovation,it needs to consider how to reduce the cost of the battery or enhance the battery life through knowledge integration.
