Research On The Efficiency Of Financial Resources Allocation In The Western Rural Areas

Financial resources are one of the key factors of regional economic development,and financial resource allocation efficiency plays an important role in regional economic development.In the western rural areas,for example,in this paper based on the analysis on the present situation of financial resource allocation,using DEA model and Malmquist index of its financial resources allocation efficiency of empirical research,to explore the causes of the regional financial resource allocation efficiency is low,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions of financial resource allocation efficiency,to promote the western rural areas economy healthy and rapid development is of great significance.This paper consists of seven chapters.The first chapter mainly elaborates the background,significance,purpose and research methods of this article,and also summarizes relevant literatures at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly defines the connotation of rural financial resources in the west,and explains the relevant theories in this paper.Chapter 3 credit from Banks and non-bank credit resources,rural financial organizations,the rural financial human resources four dimensions analysis about the present situation of the western rural financial resources allocation.The fourth chapter USES the DEA model and Malmquist index to conduct empirical research on the allocation efficiency of financial resources in rural areas of western China,and compares the allocation efficiency of financial resources in rural areas of western provinces.The fifth chapter discusses the factors restricting the allocation efficiency of financial resources in rural areas of western China.The sixth chapter puts forward some Suggestions to improve the allocation efficiency of financial resources in the western rural areas.The seventh chapter summarizes the full text.This paper finds that there are some differences in the allocation of financial resources in rural areas in western provinces.Among them,the financial resources allocation in rural areas of sichuan province is the highest,and the rural areas in ningxia and qinghai have the least amount of financial resources.From the perspective of the growth rate of financial resources allocation,the growth of financial resources in ruralareas in western China is not significant.From the perspective of financial resource allocation efficiency,it is efficient to allocate financial resources in rural areas in the western provinces of qinghai,ningxia,xinjiang and guangxi.Investigate its reason,the research conclusion found that the principal part of the financial resource allocation function is weak,the financial resource allocation object function is not strong,the financial resource allocation mechanism imperfect,the financial supporting environment construction lags behind the western rural financial resources allocation efficiency is one of the important factors.For this,the western rural areas should strengthen financial resource allocation function,improve the financial resource allocation object function,improve the financial resource allocation mechanism,optimize the financial supporting environment Angle of view to promote financial to promote the efficiency of resource allocation.
