Research On Development Of Long Quan-pear Family Farm

The family farm is a new type of agricultural business entity.It takes the family members as the core labor force,carries out scale,intensive,commercialized agricultural production operations,and uses the income generated by agricultural production as the main source of household capital.What is the purpose of developing family farms? China is not suitable for the development of family farms.This is a problem that scholars have been trying hard to study.The research object of this article-Long Quan Pear Family Farm is located in Fuling District of Chongqing City with the title of "Home of mustard pickled vegetables".The unique regional and mountainous characteristics make it have a certain typicality.The development strategy is studied in this paper in order to obtain the key to problems.This article first uses the literature research method to collect the data on the development status of the family farms in the United States,Japan,and Taiwan,and analyzes them in detail.It summarizes the development management strategies that are useful for the research objects of this paper;then it is based on the social background and geography of the research objects.Characteristics,analysis of the domestic Shanghai Songjiang Model Family Farm,Jingzhou Family Farm,and three typical models of family farms in Chongqing,and summarize their experience,laying the theoretical foundation and practical significance for the study of this article;in these enlightenments Based on the analysis of the macro-environment of Long Quan Pear Family Farm,the author finds that the development of the family farm has a good political environment,social environment,economic environment,and technological environment.Subsequently,the SWOT analysis was used to analyze in detail the opportunities and threats of its internal factors in terms of strengths,weaknesses,and external factors.Finally concluded that family farms need to first improve the overall quality of family farms,and then improve the management system of the enterprise model,while emphasizing the importance of the ecological model and the use of the information age for brand building and sales;from the government level,to strengthen Relevant departments should not only pay attention to the construction of hardware facilities,but also pay attention to the improvement of soft power.The improvement ofagricultural production efficiency and the reduction of agricultural product market cost are the way out.Only in this way can agricultural products have certain competitive advantages.We need to get rid of traditional planting ideas,and more to think about agricultural development from a business perspective because agriculture is not only planting but also production.
