The year 2018 marks the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening up.40 years of reform has promoted the development of our economy and industrial modernization,and the urbanization rate has been greatly improved.According to statistics,by the end of 2017,there are 813.47 million people living in cities and towns in China,an increase of over 20 million over 2016.The proportion of urbanization reached fifty-eight point five two percent,and the level of urbanization has been rapidly developed.Some scholars pointed out that compared with the eighty percent urbanization rate in developed countries,China's urbanization level still has the potential to improve.However,the development of urbanization requires the expropriation of large areas of rural land,and the farmers lose the foundation for survival and development,and the social security of land-lost farmers is increasingly prominent.As of late 2017 tai an urbanization rate reached sixty point six three percent,higher than the national average,however,in recent years,tai an Labour mobility trend increase,in the job at the same time a large number of rural laborers into cities,and the rapid development of urbanization,landless farmers problems.This paper studies the implementation and perfection of tai an social security.This paper summarizes the social security problems of land-lost farmers at home and abroad,and analyzes the relevant theories of social security of land-lost farmers.In tai an,for example,through the way of questionnaire,the land-lost farmers' social security problems related to read a lot of data and literature,on the basis of land-losing farmers in tai an age structure,the employment situation and cultural situation is analyzed,combining with the analysis and basic features of the tai an land-lost farmers tai an and resettlement of land-lost farmers,to find problem in tai an land-lost farmers' social security.Shandong tai an land-lost farmersf social security problems are mainly rural property right system is not clear,the land-lost farmers endowment,inductrial injury,unemployment,and the deficiency in the system of social insurance such as medical,single mode of tai an land-lost farmers compensation,not carried out in accordance with the market rules,etc.,according to the tai an land-lost farmers' social security three aspects of the corresponding solution measures are put forward.This paper analyzes the social security situation of the land-lost farmers in tai an,shan dong province through the perspective of tai an landless peasants,and is an innovation of the perspective of land-lost farmers.Based on the previous literatures and the actual situation of the farmers in tai an,this paper finds out the measures to solve the social security of the farmers.Land-lost farmers' social security related issues through research,can provide guidance for tai an urbanization development,reduce the cost of the development of urbanization,to tai an new urbanization construction,tai an economic development.
