At present,the Internet industry in China has entered a period of rapid growth.In order to increase the market occupancy and the reputation of the enterprises,some Internet Co have neglected the importance of the profit model,and are gradually overtaken by other companies and lose their competitiveness.At present,many enterprises are aware of the impact of the profit model,and develop a more appropriate profit model for their long-term development.Therefore,the current research on the profit model has attracted the attention of many enterprises,which has led the academia to shift the focus of enterprise research to the direction of profit mode.However,for the Internet companies,the profit model is more serious,its characteristics are different from those in the traditional industry,which shows that the research on the profit model of Internet enterprises is more practical.The Tencent Inc has become the giant of the Internet industry in our country with a steady growth and a certain market share in the period of more than ten years in the Internet industry in China.Choosing Tencent Inc as a profit model to study Internet companies will be more feasible and convincing.The Tencent Inc as a case study,through literature analysis and case analysis,starting from the development history of Tencent Inc,analysis of the evolution of the start-up period,growth period and maturity period of three stages,and selected in recent years,the financial data of Tencent Inc,Tencent Inc respectively from the value-added service elements and the application of existing research and Tencent Inc the value-added service profit pattern,seeks the reason which the question produces and countermeasures.The research found that,under the Tencent Inc value-added service profit model,the profit mainly comes from the two parts of the network game and the social network value-added service.By analyzing the current application of value-added services in the market,the Tencent Inc found problems: one is the product function overlap,prone to internal competition,two is the product homogeneity,lack of innovation,threeis the product of three types of redundancy,high operating costs,four is a single profit model,platform dependent users.At the same time,the Tencent Inc over the years financial report data analysis,through the financial leverage analysis,operation ability analysis,profitability analysis,value-added service income and its growth rate changes the problems due to the profit model of various components of the convergence of similar product imitation,blind expansion of new business and new business cannot do without a communication platform,proposed to reduce duplication of products,strengthen their enterprise innovation and reasonable develop new user platform using idle funds.Finally,the summary and Prospect of this article are summarized.It is hoped that the analysis of Tencent Inc's value added service profit mode can provide some reference for other Internet companies,and will help and guide other Internet companies to make profit models in the future.
