Research On Financial Strategic Management Of Jiangxi JH Company

As one of the core competences,the financial management is becoming increasingly important in the wake of company's development.It widely considered that the financial strategic management even control the firm's future profits and prospects though the effective employ of financial resources.In this paper,we use the JH company as the research sample for the purpose of analyzing the system of financial strategic management.JH company is one of the sector-leading firm in the market of metal furniture,which products and sales the file cabinet,smart shelves,security and protection system and so on.It has the good market basis,and some big industry influence.However,there are some problems emerged,of which the most prominent is that the internal management can't suit the growth of products,or the expand of scales.it‘s obvious that the strategic management is insufficient in the aspect of financial management.Based on that,we put the financial strategic management as the research topic of this study.We introduced the research background and significance,the related concepts and theories.Then,we analyzed the present fundamental state of financial strategic management in JH company,and concluded four problems.They are the inefficient capital management,the unclear strategic objectives,the unitary financing operations,and the short-term financial investment.Next,the aftertime countermeasures is put up,included making the target of financial strategic management,optimizing the regulations of financial strategic management,and strengthen the function assurance of financial strategic management.In this regard,firstly,we used the method of SWOT to analyze the JH company,and present the target of financial strategic management in the need of marketing.Secondly,we introduce the way of building up the Comprehensive Budget Management System,enhancing the value management of financial investment,and promoting the diversified financing operations.Thirdly,we ensure the system of financial strategic management though the effective organizational management,value-oriented cultural climates,elastic management system,and dynamical incentive mechanism.
