The competition among enterprises escalates with the development of economy and society.The success of business is based on competitive advantages that,to some extent,stem from whether a company can marshal and make good use of talents.It is increasingly a consensus that providing employees with training opportunities is an effective way to enhance the enterprises' core competitiveness.The establishment of a scientific and perfect training management system is an important guarantee for the effective implementation of training work,and it is also an important problem for enterprises to solve.Therefore,this paper takes A company as the research object,and on the basis of theoretical analysis and practical research,to research the continuous optimization strategy of enterprise training management system.The thesis,in the first place,expounds theories on enterprise training system through reviewing previous research fruits,analyzes Company A's training program by interviews,questionnaires and case studies,and finds the problems with its training system.The company has not paid enough attention to training its staff,and has not fully analyzed its employees' needs.And there are still spaces for further improvement in the planning of the training program,the organizing of the fittest instructors and the evaluation of the effects of the training.The thesis comes up with solutions for these aforementioned problems.The thesis concludes from the case of Company A that: The management must raise their awareness of the importance of training,so they can take the initiative to offer all necessary supports;thorough analysis of training needs is the key to effective training;and the company must constantly optimize its training programs.
