Empirical Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Consumption Structure About Rural Residents In Hebei Province

Since 1978,China's economy has become a unique phenomenon with “rapid growth and strong persistence”.But with the expansion of economic development and the acceleration of modernization,China's economy has shown a structural inclination,namely,high investment and low consumption.Investment-driven and depressed consumer spending will be the Achilles' heel of a stable and sustainable development to China's economy.Owing to a large potential for development and its consumption expenditure has a strong multiplier effect.The rural market,the main body of new rural construction,has become an important component of China's consumer market.Therefore,to expand domestic demand is inseparable from the broad market of rural areas,and the further development of rural market is of great significance to improving the current situation of domestic demand and promoting economic development.Based on this,this paper selects the consumption structure of rural residents in Hebei province as the research object.First,I introduced about consumption theory and the research results about home and abroad.on the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of rural consumption in Hebei province from various perspectives,I find the problems about consumption structure.Next,this article selects many factors of to carry on the empirical analysis of consumption structure.Such as income,price,industrial structure,population structure,urbanization level and the level of financial development level.Study shows that the consumption of the rural residents in Hebei province has upgraded a lot.Gradually,it has realized the change from physical consumption to service and spirit consumption.It has rapid development speed and increasingly reasonable structure.But it still has a large gap between urban residents.The empirical results show that property net income,transfer income and tertiary industry proportion have a significantly incentive effects on the consumption structure.However,the interest rate level and the proportion of secondary industry have a significantly inhibitory effect on the improvement of the consumption structure.At last,the paper puts forward some policy Suggestions.
