Research On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Motivation And Entrepreneurial Performance Of Female Entrepreneur

Since the 1970 s,due to the rapid development of the global economy and the ever-increasing trend of economic globalization,the wave of self-employment has also spread in various countries as a star-studded phenomenon.Many women have participated in the venture activities.Nowadays,most of the countries attach great importance to the development of entrepreneurship.At the same time,governments encourage women workers to choose entrepreneur and engage in entrepreneurial activities because the prosperity and development of entrepreneurial activities can not only promote economic growth,promote social progress,create jobs,and relieve employment pressure.It also helps to improve women's social and family status and promote gender equality.Compared to male entrepreneurs,female entrepreneurs have more similarities than differences in gender,but still,they show some of their own characteristics.Based on relevant literature and research at home and abroad,this article uses female entrepreneurs as research objects,combines questionnaire survey methods and statistical research methods,and measures the entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance of female entrepreneurs from many provinces and cities across the country.Then use statistical software to conduct correlation analysis and regression analysis on the collected data,select risk decision-making as an intermediate variable,and explore the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation,risk decision-making,and entrepreneurial performance.In the end,this article draws conclusions from the verification of research hypotheses,sums up the shortcomings and limitations of this research,and puts forward some rational suggestions for the future research on women entrepreneurship and how to promote women's entrepreneurial rates and entrepreneurial success rates.
