Study On Profit Distribution Of Supply Chain Of Organic Agricultural Products

China is a agriculture-based country,with extensive land area and considerable demand in both domestic and foreign market.Due to the continuous development of the economy and living standards,people start to seek the higher-quality food,which has been making Chinese agricultural products not be able to meet the public demand anymore.In order to ensure the sustainable development of Chinese agriculture market,we have to improve the quality of agricultural products by developing organic agriculture.However,the development of organic agriculture in China at the moment is not very ideal,it is restricted by various conditions.For example,the internal factors include agricultural production inputs,planting conditions,the production process,dispose methods,and transportation.And the external conditions are mainly embodied by the imperfection of regulatory system in the industry which could results in sub-quality and counterfeit goods and make the market unable to grow healthily.As for the authorized organic agriculture companies,they have to learn how to grow up and survive in the market.They need to ensure the regulated production and apply the reasonable profits allocation which could influence the profitability and competitiveness of an enterprise.This paper mainly focuses on the supply chain of organic agriculture with the literature review and field research to get a macro-view of the industrial supply chain and profits allocation.In addition,the author have classified the stakeholders throughout the ecosystem of this industry and gained three allocation mode of the organic agriculture supply chain.Based on the main object and the main method of benefits allocation,to apply the Shapley method into the allocation.In addition,Shapley value is also practically improved with the innovation ability,reasonable allocation system.Based on theoretical analysis,the thesis has carried on an on-the-spot investigation of changchun guoxin organic farming supply chain operation,and obtained the basic data of the organic agriculturalproducts supply chain profit distribution.By using the modified Shapley value model,we compared the two profit allocation scheme of "Shejishangpin" organic agriculture supply chain.This has been indicated that the use of modified Shapley value method is more scientific,reasonable.According to the data analysis,put forward the related enterprises of the organic agricultural products supply chain should be based on the characteristics of the supply main body,adopt reasonable profit allocation scheme,ensure the stability and development of supply chain alliance,ultimately promote the development of organic agriculture industry.
