Research On Benefits Distribution Of Organic Agricultural Products Supply Chain

China is a agriculture-based country, with extensive land area and considerabledemand in both domestic and foreign market. Due to the continuous development ofthe economy and living standards, people start to seek the higher-quality food, whichhas been making Chinese agricultural products not be able to meet the public demandanymore. In order to ensure the sustainable development of Chinese agriculturemarket, we have to improve the quality of agricultural products by developing organicagriculture. However, the development of organic agriculture in China at the momentis not very ideal，it is restricted by various conditions. For example,the internal factorsinclude agricultural production inputs, planting conditions, the production process,dispose methods, and transportation. And the external conditions are mainly embodiedby the imperfection of regulatory system in the industry which could results insub-quality and counterfeit goods and make the market unable to grow healthily. Asfor the authorized organic agriculture companies，they have to learn how to grow upand survive in the market. They need to ensure the regulated production and applythe reasonable profits allocation which could influence the profitability andcompetitiveness of an enterprise.This paper mainly focuses on the supply chain of organic agriculture with theliterature review and field research to get a macro-view of the industrial supply chainand profits allocation. In addition，the author have classified the stakeholdersthroughout the ecosystem of this industry and gained three allocation mode of theorganic agriculture supply chain. Based on the main object and the main method ofbenefits allocation，to apply the Shapley method into the allocation. In addition,Shapley value is also practically improved with the innovation ability, reasonableallocation system. Based on theoretical analysis, the thesis has carried on anon-the-spot investigation of changchun guoxin "Shejishangpin" organic farmingsupply chain operation, and obtained the basic data of the organic agricultural products supply chain profit distribution. By using the modified Shapley value model,we compared the two profit allocation scheme of "Shejishangpin" organic agriculturesupply chain. This has been indicated that the use of modified Shapley valuemethod is more scientific, reasonable. According to the data analysis, put forward therelated enterprises of the organic agricultural products supply chain should be basedon the characteristics of the supply main body, adopt reasonable profit allocationscheme, ensure the stability and development of supply chain alliance, ultimatelypromote the development of organic agriculture industry.
