In recent years,with the successful implementation of the "going out strategy" of Chinese enterprises,the number of Chinese companies and personnel abroad has been continuously increasing.The large-scale foreign direct investment that has continued to grow in China' s enterprises has become a new symbol of "China's rise",and it has become a ever-increasing competitiveness and the sustained and rapid development of the Chinese economy have had a significant boost.In this context,many Chinese companies started to acquire wineries in France.Since the first mainland company acquired wineries in France in 2008,nearly 140 wineries of various sizes have been acquired by Chinese companies or individuals.In this situation,Guangxi A companies went to France to acquire wineries.The main purpose of this study is to identify,analyze and evaluate the risks of a company's acquisition of winery projects in France,and propose effective risk management measures for this project.At the same time,similar international large-scale projects for special domestic companies are carried out for related domestic enterprises.Provide useful project risk management experience as a reference.In the first part,this article summarizes the current situation and achievements of domestic and international research on international investment risk,and analyzes the background of the French project and the overview of the A company acquisition project.In the second part,through the risk identification and analysis,this paper finds that A company winery acquisition project may encounter political risk,cultural difference risk,natural risk,regulatory risk,and legal risk several risk categories.And analyzed the sources and manifestations of these risks.In the third part,this paper classifies the risks of the acquisition and analysis of A enterprise wineries according to five criteria through risk assessment.Thus,these risks are understood from different perspectives.Later,based on three criteria,such as the probability of occurrence,the severity of the consequences,and the controllability of risk,the weighting may be weighed against the risk that the enterprise winery acquisition project may encounter.Finally,the risk of risk management measures was used to analyze the top three risks of the average of the three criteria in the ranking of the risk of A company winery acquisition projects.The research in this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance for the overseas direct investment of enterprises in forecasting risk,cognitive risk,assessing risk and controlling risk.
