Research On Financing Strategy Of GF Company

In this paper,the author starts with the financing demand of medium-sized and small enterprises—GF company in Qinzhou Guangxi,investigating the practicability,rationality when adopting equity financing,bank advance financing and finance leasing based on the physical truth.Firstly,if the related prerequisites are fulfilled,suitable investor can be found,the equity financing is the most suitable Financing mode with the greatest Financing mode.But if the mode will be taken,the request for investor's Ability and quality is high,the man must be skillful in such field and agree with the current strategy of the company,to avoid the chaos after introducing new shareholders.Secondly,if GF company cannot find suitable investor,it may adopt bank advance financing.In this paper,present income method should be used to calculate the present income after adopt 3 portfolio financing model and educe the mode composed with long-term loan and short-term loan can result in the greatest present income.Based on GF company's current requirement,finance leasing cannot be the primary financing mode,but it can be a significant complement.At the time that banks raising the financing threshold and Compression the cash limit continuously,adopting finance leasing can fill the cash gap.Although the present income will decrease and the cost of financing will raise,but the amplification of cost and the decreasing amplitude of present income are not amount.So,according to the analyzing in the paper,the conclusion can be educed that the first priority mode of financing is equity financing.When the equity financing is impossible,the combined mode with long-term loan,short-term loan and finance leasing.
