Research On The Financing Lease Of SZ Car Rental Company

In 1980 s,financial leasing was introduced into C hina as a new way of financing.Compared with other traditional means of financing,financial lease as a combination of “financing” and “melting” has obvious advantages.after more than sixty years’ development in western countries,auto financing leasing is still a sunrise industry,the main reasons,such as backwards risk management ability and narrow financial channels.Financial lease,as an important way of enterprise financing,have been researched by many experts and scholars.This paper choose SZ car rental company’s financing leasing project as a research.Firstly this paper introduces the background and significance of this study,domestic and foreign review,research content and methods to do a brief overview,And introduced the concept,basic process,business model and characteristics of the car finance lease.Then through the introduction the case of SZ car rental company,Analysis of SZ car rental companies to choose the project financing leasing business requirements,Using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method to compare the financing lease and bank loan two financing method,and come to the conclus ion that the financing lease is more suitable for the SZ car rental companies than the bank loans,and find out the benefits and problems of the financial leasing project of SZ car rental company.Finally,through financial leasing analysis of SZ car rental company,this paper extends the problems to other similar project,from three aspects of the enterprise itself,financial leasing companies and the government put forward the policy recommendations,makes the financial leasing industry more standardized development and provide better financial services.
