Combined with the development of technological innovation form of Shenyangequipment manufacturing enterprises, the paper completed the evaluation of technologicalcollaborative innovation, and to solve the problem of establishing indicators and index datacalculation in the evaluation process.Based on the theory research of equipment manufacturing industry and technologicalcollaborative innovation, combined with the development process, development status andexisting problems of Shenyang equipment manufacturing enterprise, analyze enterpriseoperational mechanism of collaborative innovation technology from system perspectiveand sort the relationship between the elements and parts, make analysis of the factors thatimpacting Shenyang equipment manufacturing enterprises technological innovationcollaborative; based on collection of the technological innovation literature aboutevaluation index system in the past five years, structure index system of enterprisetechnological collaborative innovation evaluation combined with the impact factor analysis,the index system is divided into three areas include technological innovation collaborationcapabilities, technological innovation input capability and technological innovation outputcapacity, there are18third indicators and through questionnaires data analysis to determinethe weight of each layer index; combined the case analysis of tangential turbine overallcasting technology collaborative innovation in Shenyang A company, quantize the degreeof coordination relevant indicators by using complex systems collaborative evaluation,collect data, then make the fuzzy evaluation study, and analyze the results. The evaluativestudy have found that in technological innovative collaboration, the enterprise have strongcollaboration capabilities, but information sharing leaver is low; the input capacity forscience and technology innovation is weak, lack the development and absorption fortechnology; patents increased rapidly, but technological innovation output capacity isgeneral, and did not translate into actual labor productivity. The study has certain significance for the future research about equipmentmanufacturing enterprise technology collaborative innovation evaluation. The study ofenterprise technological collaborative innovation evaluation can in a timely and effectivelyidentify the problem of equipment manufacturing enterprise in technological collaborativeinnovation process, this has important practical significance to improve overall innovationcapacity and market competitiveness, and promote the development of the equipmentmanufacturing industry in Shenyang.
