In recent years,under the impetus of good economic policy,China's logistics industry has developed rapidly.At the same time,a large number of multinational logistics enterprises have been attracted.Advanced service concept,high-end technology and high-quality services have been brought forward with the presence of multinational logistics companies,which has promoted the rapid development of logistics enterprises in China.As the strategy of "the Belt and Road Initiative" presented by Chairman Xi,China's international trade and logistic industry of import and export will reach an unprecedented level.It is reasonable to trust that the future of China's logistics market is very promising.According to statistics,about 40%of world GDP,44.50%of international trade and about 65%international investment are controlled by multinational enterprises.With the globalization of transportation network,specialized team operation,advanced management system and strong financial support,multinational logistics enterprises have achieved outstanding achievements in the past decade.However,with the development of large domestic logistics companies and the rapid emergence of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,multinational logistics enterprises have no longer occupied the absolute market advantage.In recent years,with the increase of logistics costs and the increasing competition of the market,the profits of the logistics industry are becoming thinner.How to achieve sustainable development under the fierce market environment has become the urgent problem for P company.First of all,based on the above background,PEST model and Porter's five-force model were used to analyze the external environment of P company's development in China.Secondly,with the analysis of internal situation,including operation mode and core competitiveness,problems of P company in development was revealed.The main problem in the development of P company is that the choice of the strategic direction of management and development is not clear.The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of P company in details.Through the analysis of the constructed SWOT matrix,it was found that:the mixed use of market penetration type,product development transformation and differentiation strategy is more suitable for the development needs of P company under current state.Finally,based on the suggestions for the future development strategy of P company,some specific strategy implementation methods and guarantee scheme are put forward.We hope that it will play a certain role in promoting the future development of P company.
