Since reform and opening-up,our country's level of economic development,people's quality of life also constantly improve,people's consumption also by previous pursuit of dressing for dinner to hope to get higher quality of living environment and development direction,and for the expansion of the real estate investment in China,in recent years,we will accelerate the residents of housing system reform in our country,the people's housing demand is also rising,but the real estate market under the background of rapid development,many contradictions of the real estate industry also continuously emerging,the more obvious one is the real estate investment and blind expansion,housing vacancy rate is high,the real estate investment and regional development imbalances,soaring housing prices in big cities.The emergence of these problems has raised the risk level of the development of real estate industry in China,and the uncertainties are also increasing.Constant policies in recent years in our country,to strengthen the regulation of the real estate market,which makes the real estate industry in our country used to rely on bank loans unsustainable investment mode,so the shift our country real estate investment model is very necessary and urgently needs to solve the problem.In recent years,with the development of the real estate market in our country,gradually increase the intensity of the regulation on the real estate market in our country,minority areas generally exist in late start,the real estate market development is not balanced,structural imbalance between supply and demand,and the level of economic development in ethnic minority areas was relatively backward,so the investment and financing structure is unreasonable,single channel,excessive rely on bank loan problem is growing,has now become the national area the main obstacle to the healthy development of the real estate market.This article mainly discussed from the following aspects: first,this article will be to the paper topic selection,research background,research results at home and abroad to introduce good,to do for the next part of this article is discussed intheory foreshadowing.Secondly,this article will be about the related concepts of real estate investment and financing in national regions to do this,and is the necessary link between investment and financing do make a statement,this article will also discuss the Dali national area real estate investment and financing of the related problem,and analyzes the root causes of problems.Finally,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on the problems of real estate investment and financing in Dali.This article will mainly revolve around real estate development real estate investment and financing,the Dali national regions for the two main line,the theory of real estate investment and financing goes through to the Dali: an empirical study of the real estate industry development.To provide reference for the real estate industry in Dali city.
