In the new economy,the competition between companies gets more and more intense.The Balance Second(BSC)with excellent assessment methods gradually becomes more suited to organize implementation strategy of business management.It will improve management efficiency in organization if the BSC is put in performance assessment of enterprise to use properly.And it will work well to help company realize resource allocation optimization.Philips is one company that focus on diversified technology.It is committed to create high-quality life of people all of the world through innovating in the field of health care,household production and lighting.The development and expansion of the enterprise is inseparable from the strategic management pattern within the enterprise.And it has been attracting investors' attention by its higher profitability and development potential.Therefore,this paper studies the management system of Philips with the method of BSC,and discussed the strategic management ability of enterprise.Philips,as top three medical equipment industry well-known enterprises around the world,has much effect in the aspect of pattern of development that helps the industry achieve progress.And it also provides guidance to the health care industry in our country.At the same time the Philips management methods,especially the advancement or deficiencies of the performance appraisal management will provide effective guidance for the medical career development of our country.This method selected four dimensions,including financial,operating,customer and learning and growth.These dimensions used in Philips has some good place as well as some deficiencies.It's not difficult to find some problem when combined with main parts,and then feedback quickly based on these problems.It's certain that company will develop healthily if the problems are corrected specifically.This paper is based on the balanced scorecard and other related concepts,on the basis of enterprise performance management theory as starting point,then do in-depth analysis of the situation that medical equipment enterprise strategy performancemanagement lacks systematic guidance.According to the issue,this paper built a manner of management associated with BSC.Secondly,under the guidance of the frame,we used the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)with the form of questionnaire to build enterprise strategic performance index system of BSC,and then expound how to apply four dimensionalities of BSC to medical equipment industry performance appraising system.In the end,this paper analyzed Philips performance appraising result.A reasonable performance appraising system was designed.It is hoped that the balance card can be used effectively in the medical equipment industry,at the same time it would help Chinese medical equipment companies develop rapidly.
