Research On Innovation Model And Development Of High-tech Industry Of Jiangsu Province

In today's society,innovation has become a highly competitive highland in various countries and regions.Industrial innovation also plays a more and more important role in the national economy.National Science and Technology Innovation Plan has put forward the goal of becoming an innovative country.Jiangsu Province focuses on the target of making an innovative province.Following Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen and Tianjin,the first to put forward the goal of building a world-class industrial innovation center,Nanjing has proposed the world's influential industrial science and technology innovation center construction program.Jiangsu province starts the innovation and restructuring reforms of industry based on the high-tech industry.This thesis takes Jiangsu high-tech industry as the research object to study its development and industrial innovationFirst of all,on the basis of reviewing and summarizing the previous research literature,this thesis clarifies the connotation,elements and levels of industrial innovation,clarifies the process model and research method of industrial innovation.This thesis selects the two-stage industrial innovation process model as industrial innovation researching frame.Besides the DEA model and DEA-Malmquist index(Malmquist index based on the DEA-model)are used to analyze the innovation of Jiangsu high-tech industry.Secondly,based on the analysis of the development and statistical data from 2009 to 2015 of Jiangsu high-tech industry,the DEA-Malmquist index model is used to dynamically calculate the innovation efficiency of the five sub-industries of Jiangsu high-tech industry,and to study their industrial innovation types.DEA model is established to compare the efficiency of industrial innovation between Jiangsu' s high-tech industry and other provinces' based on the statistical data of 2015.And the following work is to find the reason why some sub-industries of Jiangsu high-tech industry declice and the reason why whole Jiangsu high-tech industry belongs to intensive innovation type,but there is a huge gap from the top provinces'.Finally,on the internal analysis and comparative study of Jiangsu high-tech industry innovation research,the thesis puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of Jiangsu high-tech industry,so as to better promote the industrial structure adjustment of Jiangsu province.
