Nowadays,the human society has entered the era of big data.People are experiencing the fourth industrial revolution dominated by big data technology.This revolution is based on the core technologies such as digitization,networking and intelligence and promotes almost all industrial fields to be intelligent and green.No matter among the "industrial 4" in Germany,the "industrial Internet" in the United States,and "China made 2025" in China,the intelligent manufacturing has been in the forefront of the industrial revolution.GEP ECOTECH,as a leading manufacturing enterprise in the industry of intelligent environmental protection equipment,places more emphasis on interconnection and inter-working.On the one hand,based on information and communication technology,the research and development of products,manufacturing and operation of equipment and customers are closely connected;On the other hand,based on intelligent internet,it realizes the Integrated management and big data analysis of research and development data,equipment operation and failure data,management data,sales data,customer data.Compared with traditional manufacturing enterprises,intelligent manufacturing enterprises are experiencing an unprecedented transformation and innovation in the fields of technology research and development,product design,marketing mode,organization system and format form.Different from the mass production of traditional factories,intelligent manufacturing pays more attention to the customization of products.In the era of big data,the marketing of intelligent manufacturing enterprises will shift from the idea of product centered to the concept of customer centered.This paper takes GEP ECOTECH as the research object,through overall analysis of its solid waste treatment industry and the basic situation of enterprises and in-depth analysis of its marketing environment,accurately determining the target market and clearing the market position.Based on the results of SWOT analysis,this paper is aim to figure out GEP 's marketing strategies,tactics and guarantee system,and then form a complete marketing plan.The main work is as below:1.We systematically studied the marketing environment of GEP ECOTECH and knew about the development opportunities and challenges faced by the company.2.On the basis of in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign markets of solid waste,GEP ‘s target market and market positioning are defined.3.Under the specific guidance of marketing strategy,we have formulated operable combined marketing tactics and service marketing tactics for GEP ECOTECH.4.In order to ensure the effective implementation of various strategies and tactics,a series of rules and regulations have been established in combination with the actual situation of the company,which provides a strong institutional guarantee for the smooth implementation of the marketing plan.As an intelligent manufacturing enterprise,GEP ECOTECH,relying on good market positioning,innovation ability and capital guarantee,has gone out of a different conventional development model and realized the possibility of leap-forward development.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,large data technology,the Internet of things and the solid advancement of "China made 2025",more and more high-end and intelligent Chinese manufacturing enterprises will be born in the future.Through the research of this paper,on the one hand,we can clarify the development trend and actual needs of the solid waste treatment industry especially enterprises that product solid waste treatment equipment;On the other hand,we can set up a product system according to the marketing demand for GEP ECOTECH and establish the marketing plan of the intelligent manufacturing enterprises by studying the characteristics and laws of the intelligent manufacturing products.Therefore,the marketing theory of intelligent manufacturing enterprises is enriched and developed in the era of AI.
