Study On Coupling And Coordinating Relationship Between Urbanization Development Level And Traffic Advantage Degree In County Areas Of Heilongjiang Province

With the development of urbanization and the improvement of transportation infrastructure,experts and scholars pay more and more attention to the interaction between the two.Based on the four factors of population,economy,society and life of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province,as well as the traffic coverage level,traffic proximity level and traffic center accessibility level of traffic superiority degree,this paper measures the development of urbanization in each county.The traffic dominance is quantitatively analyzed and visualized by Arcgis,and the coupling relationship and the influencing factors are discussed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Judging from the change of the weight of urbanization factors in Heilongjiang Province,social investment is a competitive factor in regional urbanization,which contributes significantly to urbanization.Factors such as the proportion of secondary and tertiary industry output value in GDP doubled compared to 2005,which indicates that the population and economy of Heilongjiang Province are accelerating and are becoming more and more important in the process of urbanization.It fully reflects the development of the national economy in recent years and corresponds to the actual development of our country.(2)The spatial pattern of county urbanization level changed greatly.In 2005,the urbanization rate of most counties in Heilongjiang Province was low,and the spatial pattern had prominent characteristics.The county area of sub-low level urbanization presents a "circle" distribution around the whole central region.In 2010,the county area of low level urbanization and low level urbanization formed a number of agglomeration zones and regions.In 2015,the number of county urbanization levels in Heilongjiang Province did not change.However,because of the different development speed of different cities and counties,the situation of counties at all levels has changed,so the distribution pattern has changed greatly.(3)In terms of county traffic dominance,the overall level of traffic network density in Heilongjiang Province is relatively low,the spatial area is unbalanced,the spatial correlation is not strong,and the difference between regions is obvious,but with the development of time,the difference of road network density becomes smaller and smaller.Presents the equalization situation;The distance between counties in Heilongjiang Province is on the whole large,and the level of traffic proximity between counties is significantly different.The spatial difference of the average distance between each county and the prefectural city is obvious,and there is a "concentric circle" situation,and the spatial pattern of linear attenuation from the central county to the surrounding county with distance;The degree of county traffic dominance is similar in the spatial distribution pattern of three time nodes.The county area in the middle of Heilongjiang Province has formed a relative "weak center-peripheral" model.(4)There is a certain correlation between the comprehensive level of urbanization and the comprehensive level of transportation in Heilongjiang Province,but the correlation is relatively small.The cold hot spots of urbanization and traffic dominance coincide less in space,indicating that the spatial distribution pattern of urbanization development and traffic dominance is quite different,and the areas with fast traffic development are not necessarily the areas where the urbanization level is rising faster.However,the secondary hot spots of urbanization in 2015 are consistent with those of traffic dominance degree in space.It can be concluded that the development of urbanization and the level of traffic development have more and more spatial correlation since 2015.(5)On the whole,the coupling and coordination degree of urbanization and traffic dominance in Heilongjiang county is not strong,but the coordination characteristics have not changed much over the years.According to the type of coupling coordination degree,the number of counties with serious imbalance between urbanization development and traffic dominance is the most.The number of moderately maladjusted counties fluctuates more and more in the past 15 years,and the proportion of urbanization and traffic development is higher and higher,while the number of mildly maladjusted counties accounts for only a small proportion.Only two counties are on the verge of maladjustment.It shows that the development of county urbanization and traffic dominance in Heilongjiang Province is not consistent,and the relationship between them is relatively different.Small,the rationality of development is not enough.(6)The partial regression coefficient of the factors of county urbanization in Heilongjiang Province to the degree of traffic dominance is quite different.The four factors of population are not obvious in promoting the development of traffic superiority,the economic factors are the most important factors in promoting the development of traffic.In the aspect of daily life,the partial regression coefficient of the average resident's savings deposit balance is larger,and the promoting effect on the traffic development is obvious.In the social aspect,the highway construction develops slowly,and the position in the development of the traffic superiority degree is less and more prominent.The factors of traffic dominance are different in terms of traffic coverage level,highway,national highway,provincial road,county road and township road.Longjiang County urbanization has a positive impact on the level of traffic adjacent countries provinces and counties the average distance factor coefficient is negative indicating that the closer the average distance from the county road the stronger the positive effect on the local urbanization development.In the aspect of the access level of traffic center,the partial regression coefficient from the prefecture-level city is larger,and the partial regression coefficient from the provincial capital city is relatively small,which proves that the provincial capital city has some hindrance to its development.
