Catering services food safety problem related to the major public health problem,at the same time also to the development of economy and social stability is an important factor of the social moral level,people's living standard and national legal construction.Jinjiang is the leading county-level city in the country,and the size of the catering service organization has been developing rapidly in Jinjiang city,and the food safety problem is related to the vital interests of every citizen of Jinjiang.As an industry closely related to food safety,many problems of the food and beverage industry have been exposed with the rapid development.In recent years,the issue of food safety has raised concerns about the quality of life and physical health of the public.How to strengthen the supervision of food safety in catering industry is worthy of local practice,study and discussion.In this paper,based on the theory of governance,the essay discusses the methods of literature study and comparative study.This paper expounds the Jinjiang food service present situation and results of food safety regulatory problems,pointing out that the current Jinjiang food service problems of food safety regulation,and the problems are analyzed,and lessons are drawn from the advanced experience of domestic parts,putting forward the perfect food safety regulatory beverage service of Jinjiang.The background and significance of the research on food safety supervision of catering service in Jinjiang city are described in this paper.Secondly,this study defines the related concepts involved in the research,and probes into the process,characteristics,subjects,contents,methods and legal system of food safety supervision in the catering industry.Third,in combination with the practical situation of Jinjiang,this study introduces the basic situation of Jinjiang food service industry,the main body of food safety regulatory and institutional setting,regulation and technique content,summarizes the Jinjiang catering services food safety regulatory results.Fourth,the survey found that the current Jinjiang food service problems of food safety regulation,pointing out the reasons of these problems: 1)the responsibility boundary is not clear;2)publicity education needs promotion;3)the social supervision system is not yet mature.Fifth,this study drawing on Kunming Wuhua,Guizhou Liupanshui city and the successful experience of Shanghai Changning district catering services food safety regulation,suggests that 1)government regulation should play a leading role in the process of supervision;2)enterprise self-discipline to build a good food security environment;3)the third party certification bodies should play society;4)the public also should be actively involved in the form of supervision regulation together.Sixth,to improve the food safety supervision of food and beverage service in Jinjiang city,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions from the government,practitioners and the public.Finally,it points out the shortcomings of this research and puts forward some suggestions for future research and development.
