Research On Intellectual Property Evaluation Of Major Economic And Technological Activities Based On AHP-FCE

With the rapid development of Chinese economic science and technology,the position of intellectual property rights is becoming more and more important.However,the intellectual property protection work in our country develops slowly and the intellectual property right strategy is weak.Intellectual property appraisal is beneficial to grasp the related intellectual property status in economic science and technology activities,especially the prospect of intellectual property in major economic and technological activities and the prediction and prevention of risks.The government has issued relevant documents to strengthen the construction of the intellectual property appraisal system for major economic and technological activities,and various provinces and cities have responded to the introduction of appropriate evaluation mechanisms and policies.However,in the concrete implementation process,the depth and breadth of the intellectual property appraisal work is not enough,and the content and method of evaluation are not clear.In this paper,we use literature research,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method,from the major economic activity of the intellectual property review content of science and technology as a starting point,comprehensive analysis of its influencing factors,building a comprehensive and representative evaluation index system,and combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.We select the "sea heavy lift gear rotary,floating crane key technology and application" project as an appraisal object.it is concluded that the project intellectual property value and membership degree.The review process of the model combines expert scoring method to make the evaluation result more scientific and reasonable.It has played a certain reference function for the major economic activity of science and technology in the future.
