The contribution rate of scientific technology increased from21.94%during the Seventh five-year plan period to50.5%during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, and it had been estimated at anything from59.92%to69.94%during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period. This result indicated that the progress of agricultural science and technology in Fujian Province played a very important role in promoting the agricultural development.But the Fujian contribution rate of scientific technology never became the most important driving force for the agricultural development. Yet the proportion of major agricultural technology achievement in industrialization which was expanded and industrialization performance is close to the promotion for the contribution rate of scientific technology.Therefore,it is necessary to study the performance about the major industrialization of the achievements in agricultural technique.On the basis of documentary review and audience-based theory, this paper designed a performance evaluation system for major industrialization of the achievements in agricultural technique. Then using the entropy-weight and the fuzzy evaluation method,this paper made objective evaluation for the performance of the new Fujian space rice varieties in industrialization.Finally this paper puts forward the policy proposal to optimize major industrialization of the achievements in agricultural technique in Fujian Province.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, the article makes the main conclusions is that the evaluation results of the new Space-flight mutation breeding industrialization performance in Fujian Province are divided into "high","medium" and "low"three levels,and individual membership are0.166,0.432,0.273. The result explain that the overall lever of the new Space-flight mutation breeding industrialization performance in Fujian Province fall on the general trend of better range,and there is still much room for improvement in the performance of industrialization.The study bulid a systematic evaluation index system about industrialized achievements on scientice and technology of major agriculture in order to make up for the current research in the field blank and rich the theoretical results of the research about industrialized achievements on scientice and technology of agriculture.In addition apply entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodsyn-thetically,containing certain innovation point on the research method.
