Securities companies are an important part of China's financial market.The healthy development of securities companies is related to the process of China's financial market reform.However,for a long time,there has been a clear positive correlation between the volatility of securities companies' earnings and changes in stock market conditions.This shows that securities companies are still largely"dependent on the weather" and have not been able to consist external market risks.For the securities industry in transition and adjustment period,it can optimize and innovate the current profit model or not is the key to it can seize the current development opportunities and get out of the pain period.Based on the relevant theories of the profit model,this paper analyzes the methods of literature analysis,case analysis,and comparative analysis,and finds that Zheshang Securities is a small and medium-sized securities company that lands on A-shares in 2017.Its profit model exists.Many small and medium sized securities companies have the shortcomings,but they also have the characteristics of rapid growth,strong regional advantages,reasonable strategic layout,and strong professionalism.Their market share of major business products is supported by brokerage business and futures business,focusing on the development of investment banking business.And asset management business,its proprietary business and direct investment have a high growth.The analysis of the external environment found that China's financial industry is currently in an environment of tighter supervision,accelerated marketization,and supportive policies,and then finds out about Zheshang securities according to its organizational structure,staff distribution,and business structure.The local market has the advantages of strong monopoly and high growth.At the same time,it faces problems such as large fluctuations in the income of the brokerage business and geographical concentration of income.Therefore,the key to the development of its profit model is to expand outwards based on the brokerage business,and it should focuses on strengthening risk management of self-operated business and vigorously developing innovative futures asset management business.
