Research On Management Of Company M's Accounts Receivable Improvements

Enterprises take credit strategy in order to have more customers,which results in difficult in eliminate accounts receivable.The listed companies of M company,one of the main thermal control and energy saving industry,also encounter the potential bad debt crisis.The urgent task of the enterprise is to improve the awareness of risk management and strengthen the risk management of accounts receivable,which is also the place where M needs to be renovate.This paper adopts a combination of literature research,case studies,and comparative research methods,and combines M company's status of accounts receivable management,compares the accounts receivable of M company for the past five years,and find the risk of M company's accounts receivable.The management effect is not good enough.The following problems remain:lack of dedicated accounts receivable management,imperfect accounts receivable management system,internal control management needs to be improved,and the degree of informatization needs to be improved.Through the analysis of the causes of these problems,it was found that the main reasons are the company's own risk awareness is weak,the division of responsibilities between departments is not clear,the implementation of the assessment system is not in place and the quality of personnel is uneven,and finally the company's existing accounts receivable management System improvement ideas.The main suggestions of this paper are:first,M company should establish independent credit management department for special management of accounts receivable.Second,M company should improve accounts receivable system,including credit management system,credit management system;account management system and evaluation management system four aspects.Third,improve the management and operation of accounts receivable in M company,implement the responsibility system of accounts receivable management and establish the education and training mechanism for the management of accounts receivable.Fourth,through accounts receivable financing to achieve the risk transfer.
