Research On The Optimization Of E Company's Pricing Model Of The Procurement

Price is one of the most common phenomena in people's daily economic life and occupies an important position.It is directly related to the economic interests of the main market.No matter adopt what kind of mode of operation of enterprises and organization strategy,cannot leave the pricing of its products or services,also cannot leave the negotiations and formulations of procurement price of raw materials,the performance of business will also use the monetary approach to accounting.E Company is subordinate to group L and focuses on the wholly-owned subsidiary of the small domestic appliance industry.L group is a world famous electric equipment manufacturing company,is the largest kitchen equipment,cleaning and washing equipment and outdoor appliances manufacturer in the world,is also the largest producer of commercial electrical appliances in the world.How to use the new mode of operation and the new technology,reform and management of supply chain procurement and pricing model and strategy,effectively reducing the procurement cost of E company,find and implement the fair and reasonable purchase pricing strategy,improve the efficiency of E company,is the most focus on aspects of E company.This paper studies the optimization of purchasing pricing model of E company by using the most basic game theory and bidding theory.First,the research on game theory,auction theory and procurement pricing is sorted out,and a solid theoretical basis is established for this paper.Second,through the introduction of the evolution process of E company procurement pricing and analysis E company procurement pricing problems,summarizes the E company to purchase pricing requirements,put forward the targeted areas in this paper.Thirdly,the influencing factors of procurement pricing of E company were found out by using the analysis of internal factors such as PEST analysis and organizational structure,value chain,supply chain strategy and other internal factors of E company's external environment.Finally,through the establishment of standard procurement pricing model,and analyze the standard purchase operability of the model and the improvement and optimization of procurement model,this paper puts forward the idea of optimization E company procurement pricing model.It is expected that the research of this paper will provide theoretical research guidance for the procurement pricing model of E company,and through theoretical contact practice,it does improve the current procurement pricing model of E company.
