Optimization Design Of Zhejiang Yu Chi Company On Purchasing Management

Because of the lower weight of SMEs in the market(Such as this study of Zhejiang Yu Chi company),it is difficult to form their own supply system,through the screening of limited suppliers,in the quality,price,delivery time,etc.The trade-offs among various factors of procurement also face uncertain market information,and it is easy for listed products to miss the timing of sales,or it is difficult to guarantee quality or guarantee supply volume.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the management activities of its procurement.This article focuses on the issue of procurement management optimization,taking Zhejiang Yu Chi company.as its research object,and starting from the study of how to improve the matching of the procurement work of all levels and the purchasing staff's workload,adopts the “Pareto Curve” and “ABC method” to the company's procurement products.Values are analyzed,and four-level procurement personnel are used to classify the value of five types of procurement products in a targeted manner;and how to establish a new type of cooperation by establishing information sharing and controlling the risks of negotiation between suppliers and the selected suppliers."Supplier System" provides the possibility to increase the possibility and feasibility of cooperation with suppliers,increase the responsiveness of supply and provide new products ahead of schedule;starting from the short-term supply of new products driven by procurement activities from how to select suitable people In order to establish a "combined procurement cell model," a small number of aggressive professionals will drive new products to achieve short-term supply through procurement activities with design nature.The results of this paper were implemented in the company from 2015 to 2017.Practice shows that: The "Cooperative Supplier System" and "Comprehensive Procurement Cell Model" can be implemented in SMEs.Conditionally implemented as a solution to the above problem.
