Abstract/Summary:
With the popularity of the Internet and the prevalence of online shopping and mobile payments,the Internet has gradually become the main channel for the consumption.The Internet consumer credit emerged as a new business model of consumer credit,abandoned the traditional credit formalities under the mode of miscellaneous,long waiting time,the use of big data,cloud computing and other Internet interactive way to complete the loan application,approval and lending,once launched quickly got customer widely recognized.Some commercial banks and Internet ecommerce giants have carried out a variety of business attempts.Under such a background,the research B Bank how to accept the Internet innovation brings the change of the business model,and through the reform and innovation actively,it is necessary to develop the Internet consumer credit,and is of great practical significance.This paper summarizes the current Internet credit's rise and development and its impact on commercial banks through literature review and domestic and foreign scholars' research results.Secondly,through case analysis of B Bank operation mode of the development of the internet consumer loan products,competition situation,marketing strategy and risk control measures,etc,on the basis of the analysis pointed out the bank to the importance of the Internet finance and necessity.In view of the problems encountered in the development of B Bank's Internet consumer loan,and combining the operation mode of the same type of other products in the industry,some suggestions for improvement are put forward.Finally,in view of the current rapid development of the Internet consumer loan situation,proposed the Internet consumer loans of B Bank products should focus on the customer experience and speed up cooperation with third parties in the marketing strategy,broaden the sources of a guest,set up the awareness of market;In the risk control,we should establish the professional post-loan management team as soon as possible,introduce the anti-fraud system,optimize the scoring model and improve the collection efficiency.
