Research On Performance Appraisal Of County Branch Of Commercial Banks Based On Intuitionistic Fuzzy-AHP

With the deepening of the reform in Chinese financial market,the commercial banks in China are also faced with the challenges of interest rate marketization,opening of market access,increasingly strict supervision and the impact of internet finance.Commercial banks are facing transformation in new era.In the transition stage of commercial banks,the management mode of commercial banks is also facing adjustment.As an important component of the internal management system of commercial banks,performance assessment should be adjusted accordingly.Therefore,it is necessary to study the performance assessment of commercial banks in the new period.Firstlythis paper studies the organizational form of the existing commercial banks in the whole county branch of our country,and constructs a performance appraisal system of County branch;Secondly,it studies the intuitionistic fuzzy-AHP which can scientifically calculate the weight of the performance evaluation index of the county branch of commercial banks;Finally,in order to benefit farmers financial department of Z bank the newly established department of the county branch of the performance evaluation as an example,when determining the indicators of performance appraisal,this article takes full account of the latest requirements of regulatory authorities,intuitionistic fuzzy-AHP is used to improve the existing performance evaluation system of Z bank to county branch.This article is of certain enlightenment for commercial banks to improve the existing performance appraisal system.
