With the development of economy and the rapid development of the financial industry,a series of online financial services such as Alipay and JINGdong finance have brought more and more competitive pressures to major financial enterprises.How to overcome powerful rivals in the competition and get a bigger market cake has become a relatively big development obstacle facing the financial industry.Similarly,a bank will also face the same problem when it carries out various businesses to achieve greater benefits.From this point of view,performance appraisal can greatly affect the operation and is very important for the better development of an enterprise.Therefore,the study of the bank's performance appraisal is conducive to helping the bank to find problems,optimize the performance appraisal program,and improve the economic benefits of the bank.This paper uses literature research,field research method,questionnaire method and other methods of commercial Banks D branch performance evaluation were analyzed,and analyzes the bank performance evaluation at present actual situation and the question of whether employee satisfaction,to find out a series of problems in performance appraisal,as to whether to take the performance appraisal method,and how effective performance evaluation system is used to correctly reflect the performance of employees,making the corresponding feasibility study,improvement measures are put forward.This paper points out that the D branch performance appraisal status quo of commercial Banks,through the staff satisfaction in the process of the system in use,communication,and some other situation such as link investigation,found the staff to the current performance appraisal scheme without too much satisfaction,through the analysis found that the current branch has not put performance appraisal should be highly,the goal is not clear,in the process of using index is not reasonable,the method is not properly.In view of these current situations,a more effective and customized performance appraisal program has been established for D sub-branch from multiple perspectives such as the appraisal object,theappraisal subject,the appraisal index,the appraisal weight and the appraisal table.In the end,this paper summarizes and forecasts the research of this paper.Based on the specific problems existing in the branch,this paper puts forward an improvement plan for the internal performance appraisal of commercial bank D branch,and improves the management level and efficiency of the branch performance appraisal by optimizing the internal performance appraisal mechanism.At the same time,for low performers who are not diligent enough,a more reasonable performance appraisal plan is made after considering its specific situation of the branch.It provides scientific assessment basis for the president of the branch during performance distribution.Objective and fair execution is more likely to motivate bank staff.Reasonable performance distribution scheme makes the distribution system more fair and transparent,improves the enthusiasm of the staff and overall morale,and orderly pushes the completion of the indicators issued by the branch.
