Analysis On Export Competitiveness In Trade In Producer Services Between China And India

The development of trade in producer services promotes the development of China's economy and international competitiveness.In Chinese producer services trade,construction and transportation services account for half of the total.With the development of the times,the services trade of traditional industries cannot make Chinese economy more efficient,and the services trade of finance,insurance,computer and other high-tech industries can create more benefits.This paper analyzes the overall situation of the export of productive service trade in China and India,analyzes and compares the export competitiveness of Chinese and Indic producer services trade with TC,RCA and MS index.This paper compared the export side of financial services,insurance and pension services,communications,computer and information services of international competitiveness between China and India.This paper makes a supplementary analysis for export competitiveness of transportation services,construction services and intellectual property fee.The index analysis can only test whether India has a competitive advantage over China in the export of computer and other industries,but does not reflect the reasons that affect its competitive advantage.Therefore,this paper further analyzes the factors that affect the competitiveness of producer services trade in China and India.According to the diamond model theory of Micheal Poter,the VAR model is established to analyze whether the four variables have influence on the export of trade in producer services and the degree of influence.Finally,based on the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for developing trade in producer services of China.We will promote the coordinated development of trade in goods closely related to the trade in productive services,actively expand foreign markets,encourage productive service industries to go out,and moderately expand the openness of trade in services.
