The Study Of China And Japan On Producer Services Trade

With the continuous development of economic globalization, the proportion of service trade in a country’s foreign trade continues to increase, more and more countries to recognize the importance of service trade for their economic development. Now it is the time of transformation of economic development in our country, how to develop trade in services, how to promote the development of the productive service trade increasingly are the most important problems in the sustainable development of economy and trade.With the basis of the theory of trade in services, through the combination of theory and data analysis, the dynamic and static research, the study of Japan and China on productive service trade development situation and through its international competitiveness index analysis, we find the problems existing in the productive service trade in China, and according to the analysis result, put forward countermeasures and Suggestions of improve the level of the productive service trade in our country.This paper will be divided into seven parts:Chapter1:It introduces the rapid development of China’s service trade in the background, determine the research significance of productive service trade in China; It also Analyzes the research status at home and abroad for the productive service trade, this chapter introduces the writing of this article structure and train of thought, illustrates the innovation points and deficiencies of this article.Chapter2:This chapter introduces the definition of trade in services and productive service trade, trade competitiveness index and revealed comparative advantage index, summarizes the traditional trade theory and modern trade theory for the research of service trade and lays the theoretical basis for this article.Chapter3:This chapter analysis the overall development situation of China’s and Japan’s service industry, introduces industrial policies of two countries through data as auxiliary, generally introduces the producer services industry base level of the development of the two countries. Chapter4.This chapter introduces the productive service trade in the overall size and the productive service trade import and export structure of the two countries.Through the analysis of data, it compares the overall development of the productive service trade between the two countries and industries item by item. Comparison results show that our country in the financial and insurance industry, proprietary rights fee and royalty, and other industries there is a larger gap with developed countries.Chapter5.This chapter considers RCA index and TC index for overall competitiveness of service trade between the two nations, results show that the overall level of competitiveness of service trade in China is still low, but the service trade export market share is rising. Considering the perspective of various industries, finance and insurance, proprietary rights fee and royalty industry are lack of competitiveness, building and computer science get a strong competition.Chapter6:Through the above analysis and successful experience of Japan in the development of the productive service trade, this chapter puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for developing the productive service trade in China.
