With the development of internet,the online sales are more and more popular;the shares of market are increasing;the electronic commerce is becoming stronger.All of these refresh the development of the social economy.But because the system of the price regulation is not so completed and the means of supervision are still in the beginning,some illegal behaviors of breaking rules and high price occur now and then.This paper mainly pursues research from the following parts:Part one,it illuminates the real meaning of Research on Behavior Supervision of E-commerce Price from the perspective of the difficulty in determining the nature,collecting the evidence,handling and coordinating,encountered in the process when the price department supervised the E-commerce Price.At the same time,it summarizes and analyzes the state of the current research at home and abroad,and points out the methods and innovations in this research.Part two,it illuminates the basic concept of the object in the study,including "e-commerce","behavior of e-commerce price" and"supervision" and introduces the related theories adopted in this paper while illuminates the concept.Part three,it analyzes the state of the development of e-commerce in Wuhu by the actual data,and takes Wuhu,for example,and points out that real meaning in directing the research on behavior supervision of e-commerce price through comparing with other cities.Part four,it illuminates the mainly forms of illegal behavior of e-commerce Price,including e-commerce price violations,price fraud and other price violations.And it analyzes the reasons of price violations,including the reasons for their own shop,consumer and platform.Part five,it illuminates the state of behavior supervision of e-commerce Price from law supervision,administrative supervision and public supervision.And summarizes the main problems of behavior supervision of e-commerce Price,including the unsound legal system,the difficulty in dealing with illegal act and great pressure from safeguarding rights.Part six,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the above problems.First,perfect the laws in e-commerce price field;Second,improve the administrative supervision level of e-commerce price behavior;Third,introduce the social supervision of e-commerce price behavior.
