The CPC Central Committee pays high attention to great importance to the problem of rural innovation and entrepreneurship. In 2017,the Ministry of Agriculture once again stressed the need to strengthen the financial services for rural innovation and entrepreneurship, and to strengthen the introduction of new talents and credit support services in rural areas. With the help of a series of policies and measures, rural entrepreneurship has achieved some results, but the practice is still not optimistic.Obviously, the success of entrepreneurship is not only related to the environment of entrepreneurship, but also to the social network resources, venture capital, personal ability and so on.As China is a"relational" society, social capital and other entrepreneurial resources are indispensable role to the allocation of family resources under the influence of human courtesy. Therefore, this study analyses the social capital to the rural family entrepreneurship behavior and the performance function mechanism and the influence effect, pays attention to the entrepreneurial initial stage choice, also pays high attention to the entrepreneurship growth benefit. This can not only provide the valuable reference for the rural family entrepreneurship, also provide a more important basis for mass entrepreneurship and innovation, and help to promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. In this paper, rural families as the research object, through combing social network, social norms and trust in the three dimensions of social capital affecting rural family entrepreneurship related factors, systematically inspect the logical mechanism and effects of social capital on rural family entrepreneurship. The main research contents and methods are as follows:(1)Based on the data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)in 2014,using descriptive analysis method to analyze rural family individuals, family characteristics, entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial performance, forms the basic situation of Rural Family Entrepreneurship in the whole country.(2)From the three dimensions of social network, social norm and trust,we respectively choose the investment of human ceremony, family ancestral hall and trust as the measure of social capital. The paper applies Probit basic model to the empirical regression of the impact of the social capital on rural family entrepreneurial choice, and adopts the tool variable method IVProbit model to correct the estimation deviation caused by the underlying endogenous problem of the basic model, then use OLS model to verify the impact of social capital on rural family entrepreneurship performance, and then draw the corresponding conclusion.(3)According to the research conclusion, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to enrich social capital and promote effective entrepreneurship of rural families from two aspects of entrepreneurship support environment and entrepreneurial practice subject.Through theoretical and empirical studies draw the following main conclusions:(1)Social networks and social norms have a positive and significant impact on rural family entrepreneurial choices.Trust has no significant impact on rural family entrepreneurial choices.(2)Social network and social norms also have a positive and significant impact on rural family entrepreneurship performance, but trust has no significant impact on rural family entrepreneurial performance.Based on the above conclusions, the studies puts forward some suggestions on how to enrich social capital and promote effective entrepreneurship of rural families from two aspects:government should actively construct entrepreneurial support network and optimize rural entrepreneurial environment.Rural families should actively develop social networks and improve their own cultural literacy.
