Analysis On The Current Situation,Influencing Factors And Trend Of Land Use In Rural Settlements

With the rapid development of China's productive forces and the continuous strengthening of its national power,the urbanization of China has increased at a rapid pace and scale.Under the circumstances of accelerating the construction of a new socialist countryside,striving to achieve productive development,rich living conditions and sound ecological,the intensive utility of rural land has become an important topic,the correct use of rural land has attracted much concern to the masses.This article starts with the land of rural settlement and takes Jiangle county of Fujian province as a concrete example,analyzes the present situation of land of rural settlement,the reasons that affect the land of rural settlement and the trend of development of rural settlement's land in the new period.There is a large area per capita cultivated land,and an illegal land area and illegal construction in the rural residential areas in the hilly area,which causes the waste of land in rural residential areas.However,the construction of public service facilities in rural areas is backward,few towns possess public facilities.Meanwhile,there is no reasonable land programming of villages and towns,which led to the recent want to build the public service facilities that faced with the situation of no available land,and results in the location of infrastructure built in the edge of the village,which causes the inconvenience of villagers' life,even the infrastructure's location take up to the basic farmland and limited construct areas.Out along with the development of economic and the increasement of rural outgoing population,the outworkers get on income outside investment to improve their living environment.In some regions,the situation of the corresponding land scale's reduction didn't happen,conversely appeared to the situation that people's increasement and land's loss.There are many reasons for the current situation of rural residential areas,which are natural factors,location factors and social factors.Natural factors include topography,river water and geological disasters.The location factor is reflected in the distance between rural residential area,farmland,town,county and road.Social factors are mainly composed of political factors and economic factors.Due to economic development and other reasons,the increasing number of rural outgoing population has resulted in a small demand for residential land in rural areas.In the future,towns and villages will be required for the construction of beautiful countryside and rural tourism.At the same time,due to the constant change and development of rural and urban relations,on the one hand,expanding around town of rural residential land,rural residential areas scale has become smaller and smaller,on the other hand,remote areas appear the phenomenon of"hollow village",etc.As the main venue of the countryside villagers,rural residential areas affect the trend of rural land's use,land use change reflects the state of the development of rural economy,which is the foundation of the rural land intensive utilization research.As the main body of construction land,rural residential areas directly affect rural farmland protection and food security,and affect the process of urbanization and construction of new countryside.In order to make rational use of land in rural residential areas,we must strengthen the comprehensive remediation of rural residential areas and make reasonable planning for the land of residential areas.At the same time,we should strengthen laws and regulations in rural areas to prevent illegal land use from the source.
