| With the further increase of market competition,traditional supply chain management has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises.Many enterprises have begun to use the technology of Internet of things in supply chain management to realize more transparent supply chain,to improve the efficiency and save the cost,that is,the visualization of supply chain.By improving the visibility of the supply chain,increasing the utility of consumers to purchase products,we can further increase the sales volume of the market.On the basis of the supply chain visualization to improve the product market demand,this paper quantifies the visibility of the supply chain,and introduces it into the demand function,and studies the optimal strategy and coordination mechanism for the visualization of the supply chain members.First,based on the technology of Internet of things,we design the architecture of supply chain visualization.From the perspective of consumers,enterprises and government departments,in order to achieve the goal of consumer tracing,enterprise monitoring and government supervision,the system structure is divided into three layers,and the operation process of the system is analyzed with agricultural products as an example.Secondly,we consider the supply chain composed of a manufacturer and a retailer,and establish the mathematical models respectively under the three conditions of the manufacturer's individual investment,the non cooperative investment of the two parties and the visualization of the cooperative investment.The Stackelberg game is carried out to study the optimal visualization of the supply chain under the three kinds of investment decisions.And the cost sharing and revenue sharing scheme of cooperative investment between manufacturers and retailers.Finally,the influence of visual degree and retailer's cost sharing coefficient on enterprise strategy is analyzed by numerical simulation.The research finds that under the cooperative investment,the visibility of the supply chain is the highest,the enterprise has the phenomenon of diminishing returns to the visualization investment,and the higher the technical coefficient and the investment enthusiasm,the higher the cost coefficient,the more the investment will be,the more the investment will be,the more the investment will be,the more the investment will be.Less.Finally,considering the bilateral moral hazard problems among the members of thesupply chain and the unobservable efforts among the members,the coordination mechanism of the visual investment of the supply chain is proposed by using the bilateral moral risk model,and the design of the remuneration agreement for the visualization of the manufacturer and retailer's cooperative investment is designed.In the process of contract design,the optimal level of efforts between the two parties is obtained by discussing two cases of the non given remuneration contract and the given reward contract,and the remuneration contract for the retailer to participate in the investment is further obtained. |
