With the rapid development of online-shopping and logistics technology,a huge number of manufacturers began selling products to consumers directly through online channel and cooperating with the third party logistics service providers to deliver products. This mode with network platform and third party logistics service provider had been gradually mature, providing a larger market and profit margins for manufacturers. This model is known as the E-supply chain with the third party logistics providers which gain profit from distribution costs. This mode can save time and expand market for manufacturers, while lose pressure and improve service level for network platform, increasing the competitive advantage of enterprises in supply chain.Meanwhile, the dominant enterprises take different coordinating mechanisms to improve supply chain in order to encourage the non-dominant enterprises and increase profit. This article focused on the online sales model of the “1351” Auto parts online mall, four different dominant decision making models were constructed and analyzed, finding the best decision and profit mode. This paper is divided into four parts: First of all,the research background, significance and development status of E-supply chain at home and abroad were introduced.Meanwhile, methods, ideas, values of this research and the general situation, actual problems of the “1351” Auto-parts mall were also introduced;Furthermore, with dominant manufacturers, the paper constructed two models respectively: one is network platform had more power than logistics operator, the other one was contrary. To compare different models, the joint decision model with dominant manufacturer was built and compared with other models. Finally, the coordinating mechanism was designed; With dominant network platform, this article constructed two models respectively: one is manufacturers had more power than logistics operator, the other one was contrary. Then the joint decision model with dominant manufacturer was built and compared with other models. Finally, the coordinating mechanism was designed.Four models were compared with different decision variables and profits, finding advantages and disadvantages.According to the planning and design in this article, through the analysis of the E-supply chain management of the “1351” Auto-parts mall, this paper summarized the existing problems in the operation of each link, established models, analyzed and made some solutions, making optimization of E-supply chain, increasing profit, improving efficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
