| The paper focuses on the research of the influence of the traffic environment change on urban development in Banan District based on the metropolitan integration development and the current situation of the traffic and economic construction.It is of great significance to accelerate the development of the economy and the construction of the city as well as the future development of transport integration in the central 9 areas in Chongqing.Based on the current situation of traffic and economic development in Banan District,together with the traffic construction achievements during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period and the traffic construction planning during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,the paper analyzes the new transformation of the traffic environment.It draws a natural conclusion that the traffic development falls behind the economic requirement so that the connected and combined transportation together with the multimodal transportation should be payed attention.Combining the theory of system engineering,regional development,city management,tourist benefits and comprehensive evaluation,this paper analyzes the impact of the new traffic environment on the modern service industry and the economy of both industry and agriculture and establishes the evaluation index system on the structure of urban economic function.By using the urban economic function coordination mechanism model,it also analyzes the interactive relationship between the traffic environment change and the economic function in Banan District.In conclusion,the paper sums up the influence of the traffic transformation on the economic function in the new era in Banan District based on the relevant planning policies during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period.Considering sustainable,elaborative and diversified development,it also presents the development strategies for Banan's urban and economy progress so as to promote transformation and upgrading as well as urban-rural integration of the city. |
