Nowadays,the continuous development of big data,cloud computing and Internet artificial intelligence has pushed the construction of smart cities to the peak.Digital city construction and intelligent transportation application research and development are like a legion.The combination of "Internet + transportation" is absolutely in a leading position.However,at present,the construction of the traffic "Internet +" faces serious problems.That is,the application systems are relatively closed and operate independently of each other,and there is no data integration between them,forming a data island.If “Internet + Traffic” is treated as a person,then this person has no nerve center and lacks the “urban traffic brain” that can combine information and make decisions and judgments.At present,the urban traffic brain has made some progress in the field of large-scale travel.By optimizing the signal timing,Beijing reduced the average delay of vehicles passing through the intersection by 6% and the parking rate by 3%.The prediction accuracy of the neural network model for traffic conditions in the north-south elevated section of Shanghai has increased by 10%Qianfang Company was established in 2000.Since its inception,the company has been committed to providing effective Internet solutions for the transportation industry.After 18 years of stable development,with the advantages of traffic data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence capabilities and technical personnel,it means that the city traffic brain business area can be preferentially stepped into the "fast lane",but at the same time there is extensive management and employee cohesion.Not strong,lack of executive dynamics,and loss of elite talent.Qianfang Company is an enterprise with outstanding advantages and obvious disadvantages.It is a research object with research value.In the process of writing the thesis,the author studies and analyzes a large number of strategic management theories and starts the practical research on the actual situation of the urban traffic brain business of Qianfang Company.Based on the relevant knowledge of strategic management theory and the overall development of the intelligent transportation industry,Using PEST analysis and Porter's five-force model,the macro environment and industrial environment of Qianfang Company were analyzed.It is concluded that the entire intelligent transportation industry is in a critical period from data dispersion,isolation to overall and global planning in the external environment.Therefore,Qianfang Company should also actively adjust its corporate development strategy.Next,the value chain analysis method is used to deeply analyze the characteristics of Qianfang Company,and it has accurate positioning and self-awareness for the enterprise itself.Finally,SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the company and the opportunities of the external environment.And threats,and finally use the QSPM matrix to summarize the strategic solutions that are most suitable for the development of the city's urban transportation brain business from several alternative strategic options,and to develop relevant safeguards for implementing the strategy.The research results of this thesis have important reference value for the development and realization of the new business of Qianfang Company in the field of intelligent transportation.At the same time,I hope that the research and conclusions of this paper can provide reference for the strategic management and enterprise development of other enterprises that are committed to providing solutions for the transportation industry.
